I just signed up! What can I expect in my box?


You will receive a uniquely curated box with items that relate to your Enneagram type. Each box will contain at least 4-7 items. While the items in each box will be a surprise, you’ll find we select our items that will:⁠ Foster growth⁠: Think topical/prompt journals, affirmation cards, poetry/reading, artwork, reflection exercises, etc. Celebrate uniqueness: These items will be very specific to each type. These might be fun items, or items like stress relievers for a Type 6 or organizational tools for a Type 1. Encourage self-care: Think bubble bath, meditation, tea, mental health support, etc. Each box will also include a description of each item and how it relates to your unique type. These are just examples of the types of items you could expect in your box, but keep in mind, we add new items each round, so no box will be the same!




When will I receive my first box?


All boxes ship out in March, June, September, and December. *Please be aware that there is a cut-off date. This is the last day you can purchase a box/subscription and be eligible for the current cycle's shipment. If you purchase your box once the cut-off date has passed, you'll simply be pushed to the shipment of the next cycle.




Can I sign up for just one box?


Yes, you can purchase a one-time box any time. *Take note, as of right now these one-time boxes will follow the same shipping schedule as our subscription boxes. Boxes will ship in March, June, September, and December.




Can I give My Enneagram Box as a gift?


Yes! A subscription with My Enneagram Box makes a wonderful gift, you can also choose a one-time box for a gift as well! You will have the option to designate your selection as a gift during the checkout process. You will also be able to select when the subscription will start, and for how long it will be active.




What is your cancellation policy?


You can cancel at any time but any paid subscriptions or one-time boxes are non-refundable




Lost Boxes and Tracking Information


Every once in a while My Enneagram Box’s tracking info will not update or shows the box being delivered in a different city/state. Not to worry, a majority of the time, this is just a small USPS online error, and the package does end up arriving! Get in touch with our support team @hellomyenneagrambox.com if you’re having tracking issues. We will make sure you get an update, and the box is delivered safely into your hands.
